To ensure you have all of the footage you need at your fingertips, FILMPAC allows our members immediate full access to the entire library, with open access to download, and members retain a lifetime royalty-free license to the footage when they complete their 12 required monthly payments (or annual up-front payment).
To guarantee that you have access to all the downloads you need right when you need them, our membership plans are all set to auto-renew beyond your initial term unless otherwise canceled beforehand.
If you'd like to cancel your auto-renewal that takes place after the completion of the initial term (1 year), please navigate to the 'My Account' section via the main menu on the website.
Once you're in the 'My Account' section, please click on 'Memberships' and then click through to the 'Billing' tab.
This section will display any info regarding your ability to cancel your membership.
If you're on an annual billing plan, you'll be able to cancel future payments in the 'my account section' immediately after signing up, since you paid up-front for the year.
If you're on a monthly payment plan, you'll see a 'Cancel' button, and be able to cancel future payments immediately after all 12 required monthly payments have been successfully processed.
