Once you've made a payment to license a single pac or multiple pacs, you'll want to navigate to the main website menu at the top of the page and click on the menu option "Search".
Once the search page loads, on the left-hand side you'll see a filter tab labeled "My Filters".
Once you've clicked on 'My Filters' you should see a sub-tab labeled 'My Purchases'. Under this subsection, you should have a view of all the pacs previously purchased while logged into the same account.
If you’re still having trouble viewing your purchased pacs, follow these steps to problem-solve:
- Double-check to ensure you're logged in under the email address you used to set up your account.
- Navigate to the 'My Account' section.
- Click on 'My Orders'.
- Click the button that says 'Update Purchases'
- Then navigate back to 'Search' in the main menu, and the 'My Filters' filter option, where you should now see pacs populated in the 'My Purchases' tab.
*Please keep in mind, if you have a FILMPAC Unlimited Membership (PRO, CREATOR, or TEAM) the 'My Purchases' section will not be visible because your membership provides a license and download capability for the entire library.
